We are looking for people who want to seize the opportunity to take an exciting step in their personal development journey, leverage their own experience as a thought leader in project management and play a fundamental part of delivering a world-class organisation.AccountabilitiesPeople management – line manage a team of project managers, coordinators, and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement.Business development – identify opportunities to deliver savings and successful outcomes to internal customers, and escalate as appropriate to the Project Services Director.Quality assurance – implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure delivery of high-quality services aligned with best practice.Customer service – maintain relationships with customers in line with the customer relationship strategy and plan, ensuring our services delight our customers.Project management – manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Essential Skills/ExperienceBachelor’s DegreeTrack record in leading projects of medium complexityManagement consulting experienceExperience in people management and developing and motivating teamsStrong sense of customer service and customer engagementExperience in project and quality assurance practicesDemonstration of strong influencing, communication and relationship building skillsComfortable and skilled in operating in a complex operational matrix organization across diverse, global teamsDesirable Skills/ExperienceProject Management CertificationChange Management CertificationPharmaceutical or equivalent global & complex organization experience; experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelinesWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
