Could you be the full-time Security into Project Leader we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your cybersecurity and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll lead the implementation of the “Security into Project” policy, ensuring that our Information Systems and Technology projects adhere to our stringent security standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Security Architecture, GRC, ISMS team, Digital Services, and Business teams), drive policy adoption, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Alstom’s ISMS.
You’ll specifically oversee the security deliverables, perform risk analysis, and make informed decisions regarding residual risks and asset values. But also, you'll be instrumental in cultivating a community of Security Champions.
We’ll look to you for:
Effective people and team management, including recruitment and development
Performance management through KPI reporting and service improvement planning
Adapting to new digital operating models to support and secure business-led digital initiatives
Representing the team and articulating decisions in various committees
Managing allocated budget with precision
Collaborating with project stakeholders to garner necessary support
Turning detractors into promoters by creating and leading a community of champions

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Technology
10+years of Experience or understanding of cybersecurity in a project management context
Knowledge of Security Architecture/Infrastructure Architecture
Familiarity with cloud solutions and security tools
A CISSP or CISM certification is desirable
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Fluency in English and the ability to document and resolve security issues
