Could you be the full-time Process Industrial Quality Manager (PIQ) in Coimbatore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive quality and industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll manage IQ activities in the relevant workshop, focusing on People, Process & Performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (EPU managers, PME team, Supply Chain, SQA, and Project Managers), perform DpU/External Demerit analysis, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of leading efficient Line Quality Animation with an industrial cross-functional team, but also participate in Criticality Matrix analysis and contribute to Process FMEA.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting the decision-making for all Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) and maintaining NO GO Veto Right in any scenario
Stopping production if necessary for mandatory reasons (e.g., Safety impact needed rework)
Leading FAR and participating in FMR/SMR
Implementing and regularly updating Quality Control Plans during Pre & Serial manufacturing activities
Ensuring the availability of Car History Book & Compliance of the manufactured products before shipping
Managing Internal NCR and supporting NCR team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodology

Master’s degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent
Experience or understanding of quality processes at an industrial level
Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, etc.) and Quality tools
Familiarity with digital tools and problem-solving methodologies
A Special Process Qualification minimum at Level 2 according to Quality Academy criteria
Management experience (For PIQ Manager/Leader)
Ability to work in a matrix organization and resistance to pressure
