What you'll do


Expectations and Tasks:


Project Manager will be responsible for: 


  • Oversight of all engagements assigned.
  • Ensure deliveries as per SOW and delivered within project financials and profitability.
  • Revenue management and Forecast Management for the project / programs assigned.
  • Delivery risks & Project Team management.
  • Delivery portfolio Transformation and Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise, Clean core, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Active support in presales and Delivery Engagement.
  • Ensuring realization of the targeted contribution to Margin of Project & Program.
  • Effective Project management with strong consulting skills, analyze, Prioritize, facilitates, and manages internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Support knowledge sharing initiatives (i.e., Focus Groups, FSP Moderators, Mentoring, Education, etc.).
  • Realization of Deliverables including Customer Sat score and customer references etc.
  • Partner Management for the project Deliverables.
  • Forecasting and Coordination of project staffing in close contact with Resource Management teams.
  • Timely Update of Field Service-Related tool.

What you bring


Expected Experience & Skills:


The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of experience within project delivery & specific management experience leading large scale transformation and change engagement with following good to have Certification in 


  • Project Management (PMP) or
  • Agile Methodology &/Or Activate Methodology and

Must to have Certification in:


  • SAP Technology / functional Module
