The opportunity
Enable the success of GBS transformation initiatives by driving operational excellence through seamless coordination, data-driven insights, and strategic communication. This role plays a key part in advancing continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and organizational maturity across global GBS functions.
How you’ll spend your day
- Facilitate the GBS Quality and Continuous Improvement iniatives.
- Drive Knowledge management initiatives.
- Program manage the GBS Maturity assessments and drive the improvement.
- Maintain transformation project documentation, action logs, and governance trackers.
- Manage internal communications related to transformation initiatives, process improvement updates, and GBS Success stories.
- Prepare the performance management reports / dashboards /executive summaries.
- Support / facilitate the teams on Transition management iniatives.
- Administer and Manage Lean Six sigma certification programs.
- Track progress and status of Kaizens/ transformation projects.
- Support continuous improvement projects through data collection, root cause analysis and solution design.
- Best Practices Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of best practices. Establish mechanisms for sharing successful Lean practices and lessons learned across diverse regions within the organization.
- Facilitate to drive the Net Promoter Score (NPS), related actions/tracking and report out.
Your experience and qualifications
- University education in Finance/Science/Engineering is required.
- Minimum experience of 6 to 8 years – preferred in Finance operations / FP&A.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt /Green Belt and practical application knowledge.
- Preferred good working knowledge of FP&A/Finance operations processes and associated SAP modules.
- Ability to create dashboards/impactful presentations.
- QMS Implementation knowledge is preferred.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience in a multinational firm or within a GBS (Global Business Services) is preferred.
- Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills.
- Results driven and service oriented to internal and external customers.
