Could you be the full-time Project Manager in our dynamic urban rail environment we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll lead the DIS Maintenance organization, ensuring profitable fulfillment of contracts and managing projects with precision to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, Engineering, Testing & Commissioning), oversee work package delivery, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of optimizing financial returns, maintaining robust client relationships, and driving continuous improvement, but also managing a cross-functional team and ensuring safety compliance.
We’ll look to you for:
Validating and updating project assumptions, including variations and innovations
Recruiting key operational maintenance staff and setting up operational processes
Delivering contractual performance targets and leading the maintenance team effectively
Developing professional relationships with customers and suppliers for contract viability
Driving improvement strategies and managing project reviews and gate reviews
Being the primary contact for clients and partners on project issues
Ensuring safety processes meet legal requirements and regulations

Experience or understanding of project management in maintenance or construction

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
