Job Description

The Quote to Cash (Q2C) programme will reduce risk and support the ongoing transformation of sales and service processes, by migrating off non-strategic platforms that are no longer supported by the vendor. Our current Quote to Order Fulfilment process consists of detailed workflows on unsupported technology, which handles large volumes of legacy products and mixed commercial structures. This complexity leads to high risk of missed revenue, large volumes of errors and slow order processing and fulfilment. The Program strives to significantly reduce this administrative burden and complexity, while migrating to a single platform (Salesforce CPQ) to reduce risk and increase revenue/efficiencies


Q2C Migrations Support Role (Project Manager):                                                                              


Partner closely with the Engineering team and collaborators to plan and coordinate standard approaches, plans and tools related to data readiness, master data and migrations. This includes main focus on:


  • Working with the Master Data and Migration program, lead on the overall Asset Migration Strategy implementation
  • Partnering with business teams to review and document migration schedules, plans and post migration support/ELS. 
  • Coordinating migration plan activities with Migration Tech lead, Data Manager and CARE Migration lead.
  • Partner with technology, Data Migration Manager and outside vendors on development and testing of migration tooling and tech structure
  • Partner with PMO to update program documents in line with revised Asset Migration Strategy
  • Drive progress across Data Maintenance and Migrations
  • Support the programme risk mitigation strategy, ensuring that all risks related to migration delays, data integrity and system dependencies are proactively handled with key support teams

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:


  • Identifies and handles project and programme dependencies
  • Runs medium-scale projects that involve multiple partners, ensuring project charters, coordinated project plans, resource and contingency plans are prioritised and detailed and that risk management processes are in place
  • Partners with project sponsors/collaborators to agree project objectives and success criteria and develops status reports to update key team members on project progress
  • Anticipates issues and delays and evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk, etc. successfully assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
  • Leads project workstream(s) throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters stated in the business case
  • Ensures all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management
  • Represents the project in various governance forums.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Moderate experience in project management
  • Previous experience in team co-ordination / management.
  • An understanding of the Quote to Cash process.
  • Good background of risk assessment, mitigation strategies and change control process
  • Confirmed ability to handle multi-functional teams and key partners with good communication and leadership skills.
