We make real what matters. This is your role•Implement brown field project execution of gas turbine and turbo compressors instrumentation and control system (HMI, UCP, Fire and Gas detection systems, field instrumentation, cables, relays, barriers, UPS, charges etc) and gas turbine package upgrade projects.
•Offshore installation, commissioning exposure desirable.
•Reviews and studies the scope of works described by the contract document, project specifications, contract drawings and BOQ.
•Prepares work execution schedule with start/finish dates for all project activities for customer approval.
•Leverages interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple teams during design development with engineering team located at US/UK, collaborating with different departments for efficient and on time inputs for all aspects of control and instrumentation, gas turbine package upgrade projects (design basis to P&ID developments, field instrumentation, control, and Fire and Gas detection systems etc.).
•Review of control philosophy, control system I/O lists for turbine control systems from existing documentation such as electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, device summary, wiring lists, control logic, control narratives, etc.
•Conduct the Design Review Meetings (DRM) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with the customer.
•Review of BOM provided by engineering and align with SCM for ordering and on time delivery.
•Analyzing contractual obligations, Technical & Commercial specifications, Identify and analysis business risk for the project and company, develop mitigation measures and its implementation to increase project profitability.
•Proactively engages with lead engineers, sub vendors and other project support functions to ensure deliverables and schedules are met.
•Provide senior management periodic status reports of project activity status.
•Participates in HAZOP, risk analysis, ensures works are engineered and constructed in compliance with all HSE requirements.
•Develop cost and margin analysis, risks & opportunities, cash flow aspects, scope management, changes, quality, time schedule and progress reporting.
•Coordination & Interaction with Customers / Vendors and other concerned authorities, Site & Factory visits and witnessing performance tests at vendor premises.
•Provide Installation and Commissioning Support to our field service team. Provide post-Installation Customer Service Support.
•Maintain continuously the client relationship by regular customer contacts and meetings in order to increase customer satisfaction.
•Always adheres to compliance & Business Conduct Guideline.
•Conduct the Software Design Review (SDR) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with the customer.
•Implementation of EHS at installation sites
•Self-driven and proactive for upcoming challenges
We don’t need superheroes, just super mindsQualification and Experience
1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical , instrumentation and Controls , Electronics and Instrumentation or Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation or equivalent.
2.10+ years in project management in Power Sector, Oil and gas industry
3.Valid certification IPMA
4.Experience working with oil and gas/industrial gas turbine system starting from design to commissioning
5.Experience in handling complex projects involving multi-cultural, multi-national, multi-regional, diverse group of project team members and stake holders as well as understanding topics related to taxation, cross-border staffing, risk management, contract and claim management very well
6.Strong analytical/problem solving skills and negotiation skills for effective handling of Risk and Opportunity as well as Claim Management leading to overall project success and customer satisfaction.
7.Excellent verbal, written, and people skills
8.Efficient in the use of SAP, MS Office, MS projects, Auto CAD
