Job Description

What you’ll do

Project Manager to co-ordinate the plan, associated documentation, and delivery of projects against deadline and delivery KPIs in the customer value hub spanning the Care and Business _VOIS. Typical projects would include:


  • Design the overall program plan construct with decomposition into required workstreams, manage the delivery milestones, establish documentation framework with required cadence to build customer confidence and assure delivery. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to deliver a multi-year customer high value growth program eg: DE Care, VBI 5 year growth opportunity.
  • Definition and implementation of an operating model framework with associated contractual artifacts to contract with a new customer entity eg: IOT Hyper B_VOIS
  • Co-ordinate performance evaluation and analysis of an operational business unit to characterise As Is performance and identify transformation opportunities to step change E2E service performance eg: Incident Management – B_VOIS


Key accountabilities & decision ownership:
  • Create long and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks to team members best positioned to complete them and oversee delivery.
  • Make effective decisions and serve as point of contact when multiple units are assigned to the same project.
  • Communicate with sponsors/business leaders and stakeholders to keep the project aligned with goals.
  • Perform quality control throughout the project’s development to maintain expected standards.
  • Adjust schedules and targets as project needs or financing change.


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
  • Sound knowledge of Project Management Tools; especially MS Excel, MS Project and Sharepoint. 
  • Experience in project management in large, international matrix organisation.
  • Determined and tenacious with a flexible, can-do attitude; able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communications skills – the ability to address and influence others at all levels.
  • Ability to manage budget and resources.  
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Good data and analysis capabilities.
  • Good commercial and business acumen.
  • Good working business operational knowledge.
  • Knowledge of lean process re-engineering techniques (eg six sigma)


Technical / professional qualifications:
  • Engineering or Science based degree.
  •  PMP / Prince 2 (optional)
  • Lean six sigma (optional)
