Role Summary:


The Project Manager will plan, direct, and ensure the successful outcome of projects utilizing the assigned project teams, as well as standards, practices, and toolsets established within Flowserve. You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project activity is regularly reported to the client and performed as per agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions.


Responsibilities :


  • Work with a cross functional team consisting of Business Development, Execution Managers, On-site Application Engineers, and End User Sales personnel to ensure Flowserve meets its commitments of the program.


  • Responsible for the accountability of the LCA Contract and evaluating key actions associated with the Contract included but not limited to fee adjustments, discounts and credits related to contract incentives.


  • Responsible for updating and revising Contract Profiles, Flowforce, MS TEAMS, etc. with changes to the Contract or Flowserve personnel.


  • Evaluate and implement appropriate new processes to increase efficiency, execution, and improve compliance with individual contracts.


  • Coordinate and interface with other Flowserve resources in a positive and constructive manner and work on joint projects as necessary for the net benefit of Flowserve and the customer.


  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover errors or inaccuracies related to contracts.


  • Demonstrated experience for the ability to plan, organize, and accomplish goals.


  • Demonstrate knowledge of Flowserve customer base.


  • Demonstrate knowledge of Flowserve procedures, organization, and operational facilities.


  • Customer follow up for Project close with required documents as per customer requirements to ensure payment is released as per PO terms.


  • To establish contacts with key customers and work for speedy approval of documents and ensure smooth sailing of the project.


  • Project status reporting to customers regularly and ensure On-Time delivery .


  • BE or Equivalent 6+years of experience from Valve Industry Preferred Skills/ experience.


  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:


  • Strong PC knowledge, including MS TEAMS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.


  • Ability to collaborate across teams to ensure appropriate activities are performed.


  • Strong business and financial acumen.


  • Excellent communication skills to convey key information and communicate across multiple layers within the organization.


  • Strong self-motivated, willingness to learn, assertive, positive attitude and work ethics.


  • Strong aptitude for Flowserve’s behaviors.


  • Experience associated with customer facing roles such as, Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Contract administration a plus.


  • Knowledge of Flowserve’s business systems preferred.
