Project Manager- Automotive Embedded

Your Role
- 10+ years Experience in embedded SW development and Automative domain Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc) and regulations. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile principles
- Understanding of quality assurance processes Experience in concept-to-production development
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing technical issues and optimizing designs Good knowledge of Project planning, managing, execution, tracking and closure.
- Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project plan, Jira Handling daily scrum meetings, monitoring KPI and KPI improvements Coaching team members to grow their skills and advance their careers. Defining Release timelines, On time release execution Identifying and mitigating risks in product development Coordinating with suppliers, clients, systems, technical project managers.
- Working effectively with international teams, often across time zones and cultures.
- Project Reviews and Project status report presentations. Strong interpersonal skills for understanding and managing team dynamics Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in the automotive sector.
- Encouraging a culture of learning and innovation within the team
