Project Manager Automation Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Automation Engineer for a product development company in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering and project management, ensuring seamless execution of automation projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage automation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and product development teams.
• Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop automation solutions, implement best practices, and drive process improvements.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in automation and project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
• 9 to 12 years of experience in automation engineering and project management.
• Strong expertise in PLC, SCADA, robotics, industrial automation, and IoT solutions.
• Proficiency in automation tools, control systems, and programming languages.
• Experience in handling end-to-end product development projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
