About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. s. Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- At least 8 years of Proven experience in project management, preferably within a sales environment
- Strong initiative, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownership when driving assigned projects to completion
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
- Provide guidance to junior project coordinators and assist with resource allocation.
- Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations and facilitating communication.
- Implement and improve project management tools, templates, and processes to enhance project delivery.
- Lead project risk management activities, ensuring risks are identified and mitigation plans are implemented.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
- Resource Management: Manage resources, including personnel and budget, to ensure project success.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales metrics, track project milestones, and deliverables.
- Customer Engagement: Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products and improve customer engagement.
- Training: Develop and implement training programs for new services and products.
- Data Management: Organize and update relevant sales data in the company database.
- Technology Optimization: Coordinate with the IT department to optimize sales technology and CRM systems.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Hybrid work mode. 12:00 AM IST to 9:00 PM IST
