The Position


As a Project Manager - Digital Innovation, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:


  • Implement digital transformation strategies within Finance GBS, focusing on automation and process optimization opportunities.
  • Lead the design, development, and launch of early-stage innovations, turning concepts into market-ready solutions.
  • Organize and structure innovation efforts for scalability, collaborating with both internal and external partners.
  • Assess and incorporate emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, and data analytics to improve financial processes, while collaborating with stakeholders to explore partnerships and innovative solutions.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of digital innovations with defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of digital transformations.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience of 8+Years in Project Management.
  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within finance or global business services.
  • Extensive expertise in emerging technologies, including RPA, AI/ML, blockchain, Low Code/No Code platforms using PowerBI, and data analytics.
  • PMP / Scrum / Agile certifications (Good to have).
  • Lean Six Sigma – Green / Black Belt (Good to have).
  • Proven expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore.
