Job Responsibilities for Project Manager– APAC Payments:

About the Team:

The FIS APAC Payments is responsible for the new CR implementation and Application development and supporting the RPaaS hosted environment which includes applications like IST Switch, Cortex, Xtranet etc.

What You Will Be Doing  

As a Project Manager having experience in payments domain, your roles and responsibilities include,

·      Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Ensure to handle multiple projects in parallel and to manage it efficiently to have these projects are delivered on-time, within scope and the budget

·     Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

·    Ensure resource availability and allocation for the project execution and management

·    Develop a detailed project plan in MS Project to track the progress and report to the stakeholders

·    Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

·    Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

·    Report and escalate to management as needed

·    Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

·    Perform risk management to minimize/mitigate the project risks

·    Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

·    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

What will you Bring

• Proven working experience in project management in the payment’s domain
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and MS Office, JIRA etc
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Prior experience in managing the payments implementation projects

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Having knowledge of FIS products like IST Switch, Cortex is a plus

Educational Qualification: •   B.E., B.tech
