Project Manager

Key role responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Lead and facilitate the definition of project scopes, objectives, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure technical and fiscal feasibility
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to facilitate the development of new products and systems using an Agile Hybrid process
• Plan allocation and ensure resource availability and allocation for effective project execution
• Monitor and track project deliverables to ensure successful completion of short and long-term objectives
• Report and escalate issues and roadblocks to stakeholders and management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and notes
• Participate in development of processes and identifying best practices

qualifications and experience

Required

• 3 – 5 Years of related experience
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Software Development, or related discipline
• Formal training in project management including stage gate, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
• Experience in project management software including, particularly Jira®
• Technical aptitude, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional team work and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred

• Project management certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP, or similar)
• Experience in leading new product development projects and software development projects through to production release  
• Experience with Agile Hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience with leading change management
• Experience working with diverse teams spanning multiple geographies
