Job Description

-Gather and clarify all initial requirements for all projects in the pipeline with the customer. Drive and execute Demand management
-Prepare and present the Scope of Work documents for new proposals alone or with the help of central teams.
-Govern various projects in terms of their progress and execution quality apart from time and budget and prioritize them as per local needs and agreements. 
-Make sure the right stakeholders are informed and communicate updates/ escalate issues etc. on a Program Management level. Manage and report Risks 
-Reviews/ Maintain and institutionalize Lessons Learnt/ Review Quality for Projects
-Use his knowledge of the environment to make sure resources with right skills are taken aboard for various projects 
-Be proactive and act as ultimate escalation point on all matters related to all projects/programs undertaken and team management
-Will look at Process efficiency and innovate methodology with a view to maximize value provided to the business units
-Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with customer / Business Units
-Creates, Contributes and Implements the best practices 
-Awareness of and understands various Project Revenue Models
-Gate keeper for all project related matters and report progress of all projects and highlight / communicate/ take/track actions for all of the issues 
-Work with Regional Service Managers/Delivery team to make sure any escalation arising from handovers are aptly dealt with and customer /end user is satisfied
-They are required to have DC build & kit out knowledge.



RequirementsThe candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in Project Management.
