Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee cross-functional initiatives with strong customer-facing skills, exceptional task management, good experience in resource handling, and keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in a professional and effective manner, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with clear and concise communication.
  • Manage tasks and assignments by prioritizing workloads, setting objectives, and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, displaying a strong sense of urgency in resolving issues and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Pay meticulous attention to details in all aspects of work, from communication to documentation, maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Leverage Genesys exposure to contribute insights and solutions to customer engagement strategies, optimizing client interactions.
  • Collaborate within Scrum teams, actively participating in Agile ceremonies, and utilizing expertise to accurately measure story points and velocity for effective sprint planning.
  • Create and present comprehensive weekly reports to stakeholders, summarizing project progress, key metrics, and accomplishments, facilitating informed decision-making.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in effectively interacting with customers and clients. Proficiency in written communication with impeccable spelling and grammar, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented approach to work, displaying a strong sense of urgency in addressing tasks and challenges as they arise.
  • Possess a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work, documentation, and communication.
