Job Description

Objectives:


Manage small to medium projects to ensure remains on budget and on time.  Use smartsheet for all projects.   Communicate risks and issues to key stakeholders.  Willingness to develop and learn E2E Operational processes.


JD:


To secure the successful delivery of small to medium, strategic local projects through developing, managing and executing the project plan.
* Partner with SMEs in different groups across the business in one or more hubs to develop synergies from NIQ operations organization. 
* Track and communicate program objectives and progress to management and stakeholders
* Manage stakeholder interests and for all assigned projects. 
* Manage program scope (documentation, change control, communication)
* Adopt and proactively use Project Management standards and proactively ensure project health checks are completed for all projects. 
* To prepare project documentation (such as charters, project plans) and to update risk/issue/change/decision logs.
* Track and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
* Facilitate conversations to ensure Cross Functional Team dependencies (people and system) are planned, identifying gaps, and mitigating risks.
* Execute production readiness (signoffs & documentation)
* Assist Program Managers where required.  eg: managing a workstream part of larger program/project.


Key Interactions:


HUB team, Ops leaders, Global Enablement, PL, Data Science, Commercial teams, Technology, other global PM teams



Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills 


* Strong  communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written, email).
* Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures.
* Capability to make small decisions independently and resolve problems in a client focused manner escalating when appropriate.
* Comfort working with senior-level management and virtual teams
* Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules
* Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Ability to develop strong Operation E2E skills.
* You are the glue of a happy, high-performing, cross-functional project team
* Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently.  Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive or difficult information tactfully and rationally. 
* PMP certification is a plus.
