Overall 7+ years of experience working within a
large technology enterprise consisting of large and diverse teams.
5+ years of experience in Agile
Methodologies/Frameworks
Provides subject matter expertise in
development of practice framework and guidelines for Agile Methodologies
Experience in working independently with large
and diverse teams across a range of specialities in order to drive
projects/tasks to completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Manage each project’s scope and timeline
-Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and
daily stand-ups
-Coach team members in Agile frameworks
-Facilitate internal communication and effective
collaboration
-Work with product owners to handle backlogs and
new requests
-Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that
occur
-Help teams implement changes effectively
-Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
at the end of each sprint
-Guide teams to higher scrum maturity
