We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager
In this role, you will
- Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all are met according to plan.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- acilitate regular program meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
- Participate in program review meetings chaired by central teams and communicate the updates effectively.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Develop contingency plans to manage program risks and ensure successful project delivery.
- Resource Management:
- Coordinate and manage individual project resources, including team members, contractors, and external vendors.
- Ensure adequate resource allocation and resolve any resource conflicts or issues.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
- Implement best practices and standards in project management and software development.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor and control program budgets while collaborating with PMO teams, ensuring expenses are tracked and remain within approved limits.
- Prepare and present program financial reports to senior management.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including program plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
