Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will report to the Transition Management Senior Director. The Program Management Senior Manager will track, organize, and monitor Amgen India site activation to ensure successful delivery. This role involves developing and maintaining program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals. The lead will identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. This role is critical for ensuring that all program activities are carried out within the defined scope, schedule, and budget, and driving the successful completion of the program.


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Track, organize, and monitor the overall program to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress.
  • Ensure all program activities are carried out within the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Conduct post-program reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Project or Program Management experience OR


Master’s degree and 8 to 10 years of Project or Program Management experience OR


Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 14 years of Project or Program Management experience OR


Diploma and 14 to 18 years of Project or Program Management experience


Preferred Qualifications:Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program management or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of program management software, such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Jira, and MS Office.
  • Expertise in program management principles and documentation, tools, and templates.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
Good to Have Skills
  • Experience in multi-site project models and client communication skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile, or other project management certifications.

Educational Qualifications:
