The Position

The Opportunity


In this Project Management Partner – State Cluster role, you will report to the State Cluster Head and will be based in New Delhi, India. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting project execution and driving timely delivery of initiatives that impact healthcare access and patient outcomes in the state cluster. You will be the key partner in ensuring governance, compliance, and process improvements across the state’s projects and operations.


What You Will Be Working On


  • Providing administrative support to the State Cluster Head.
  • Assisting with due diligence and documentation for medico marketing, access events, and sponsorships.
  • Supporting the rollout and logistics of marketing campaigns and awareness programs.
  • Implementing patient awareness and reimbursement scheme initiatives.
  • Handling logistics and distribution of brand-related collateral.
  • Driving governance, audit preparedness, and compliance with relevant practices.
  • Using project management tools to improve processes and bring efficiencies to the system.

Who You Are


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in project management, administration, or governance.
  • Solid understanding of project management tools, including MS Excel and Gantt charts.
  • Proven track record in handling vendor relationships and purchasing processes.
  • Experience in handling logistics and coordinating marketing campaigns or events.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and productivity-enhancing tools.
