Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated PMO who will report directly to senior management and work closely with both US and India teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, expertise in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the energy and drive to thrive in a high-impact role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Management: Oversee and support project management activities, ensuring alignment between US and India teams.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between both teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Microsoft Office Expertise: Prepare, manage, and track project plans using tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Report Generation: Develop comprehensive project reports and presentations to provide updates to management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving project workflows and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Work Ethic: Uphold high standards of integrity and ethics while working in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a project management role or PMO position, ideally in large-scale organizations.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with international teams.
  • Ability to work US hours (through noon US time) and manage cross-regional collaboration.
  • Young, energetic, and highly motivated, with a “get it done” attitude.
  • High integrity, ethics, and a passion for excellence.
  • Self-starter who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in working with global teams.
  • Familiarity with project planning software such as Microsoft Project or other equivalent tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
