Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Transformation team to partner with the Business.


As an Associate in the Business Transformation Office, you will be instrumental in promoting project management, business analysis, and strategic operations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global managers and key business partners, contribute to risk control and compliance deliverables, and support various cross-functional initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in improving and adding value to existing business processes, and your strong analytical skills will be utilized in making operational or organizational decisions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your advanced Tableau skills and proficiency in Alteryx, while working independently and managing ad hoc requests under pressure.


Job responsibilities:


  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
  • Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next step
  • Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
  • Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework
  • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
  • Collaborate with sub-working groups or create key project deliverables (data analysis to drive operational or organizational decisions, process flows, RACI diagrams, communications) to support development of strategic operating model
  • Day-to-day maintenance of project plans, metrics, risk/issues as well as development and occasional presentation of project status reports / updates to the organization and senior management
  • Provide project or business analysis support as necessary on other projects (e.g. product on-boarding) and manage communication of status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management through scorecards
  • Provide business and data analysis to large, cross line of business initiatives; analyzing and documenting key business discussions and requirements, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project related materials

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • A good team player with professional attitude. Strong analytical skills to understand and manage complex end-to-end workflow 
  • Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and system enhancements
  • Ability to deal with high level of ad hoc requests and deliver under pressure
  • Advanced Tableau skills are required
