The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing electrical control and protection systems. This role involves leading a, ensuring product / project delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety and team of engineers Your Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Project Execution : Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of electrical control and protection for high voltage protection. Customer Interaction : Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction to customers requirements. Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects are met it’s quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Technical Expertise : Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, control systems, and protection schemes. Documentation : Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, Manufacturing drawings / documentation, test plans, and reports.
