An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and pro-active Project Lead within our Project Management Corporate Occupier team in our Hyderabad office.

Many of our projects are iconic, international in reach and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the market place.

Experience of leading workstreams on transformation programmes and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing and innovative environment would be ideal.

Main Purpose of Role

• To be part of Turner & Townsend’s occupier fit out team
• Should be the SPOC for entire project and who can lead both C&I and MEP construction activities with the given team and delivering the project in line with the client requirements without deviation on safety and quality.
• To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.

Job responsibilities:

• SPOC for all the construction activities for civil and MEP
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting the weekly review meeting with contractor and giving the clearances to them on time to achieve the project timelines.
• Steering the project should get complete in given costing and should not be exceeding as per the agreed budget.
• Coordinating with client stakeholders and updating on the day to day project progress.
• Implementing the safety standards and adhering the same till complete duration of the project.
• Implementing the quality standard and adhering the same till complete duration of the project.
• Participate in client coordinating meeting and leading the same from project side and update in all aspects of the projects

• Education - B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch
• Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage
• You should have relevant experience of working for a consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills
• We want applicants with delivery of projects in banking and / or commercial sector, clearly banking is most desirable.
• Applicant with experience of delivering a campus for a multinational company.
• 15+ years experience in similar role
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
