We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.Role purposeResponsible to establish project framework for delivering Engineering and design, provide cross discipline supervision by directing project and discipline execution activities.·Build trust and positive relationship between engineering teams of Customer, lead office & GID. Foster culture of continual improvement.·Ensure proper implementation and application of work share methodology / work processes. Promote operational level teamwork in support of successful work share .·Ensures discipline technical work and team activities meet all HSE statutory, IP, Customer specs, local / global standards   and design integrity requirements·Participates in project execution strategy and planning. Drives innovative solutions, technology advances .Develops Engineering plansto support successfulproject delivery·Resource loading and skill requirement is well aligned with Dept Managers. Mentors / trainsand supports the processof trainingShould have executed NH3 / Methanol Projects (FEED / Detailed engineering exp) in PEM role or Process /Piping leadMinimum 2 Projects experience as PEM of medium to large size project from reputed engineering organizationWorkshare execution experience with either Europe or America regionGood understanding of engineering workflows, interdisciplinary flow of information, managing interfaces Qualifications  & Experience·       Bachelors Degree in Engineering is a must. 15+ years for relevant experience in the similar IndustryStrong understandingabout cross-discipline work , interfacesand work sequencing·Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools .·Achieve results set by self and others , pushes to achieve stretched goals·Experience in project , engineering , quality, Engineering tools and procurement management·Employs principles of active listening and encourages feedback from others·Deals with new concepts and complexities comfortably .
