Could you be the full-time Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive signalling industry expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and supportive teammates.
You'll manage the technical contractual scope of the project and functionally lead the project engineering team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Project Engineering Team, Product Development Community, Methods & Tools Community), validate technical design choices and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing technical risks and mitigation plans, as well as supervising Verification & Validation activities.
We’ll look to you for:
Accountability for customer acceptance of the project solution
Management of the project technical risks and corresponding mitigation plan
Validation of technical design choices with peers and the Solution Director
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project solution design
Leadership in the Project Change Control Board (CCB)
Accountability for Engineering Work Package Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP)
Functional leadership of the project engineering team

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the signalling industry, with at least five years in signalling design
Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office
