The RoleIn this role, the Project Engineer will be taking care of technical aspects of project delivery for SCADA/EMS/GMS/ADMS projects using DGM OSI’s monarch platform for customers across India, SEA, MENA, and other geographies. The Project Engineer will be responsible for design, planning, integration, testing, training, and commissioning of hardware and software requirements on a customer system based on project specifications. Understanding of utility use-cases (Electricity / Gas / Water / Renewables) are preferred.
Your Impact- Understand project technical specifications, specific customer needs for the project, and support the project team in execution.
- Prepare project documentation including Functional design, Test procedures for FAT & SAT
- Configure databases and displays for the project systems, perform Point to Point testing at site to validate the db and displays.
- Support project team with system build activities using DGM OSI monarch platform.
- Perform functional testing of SCADA, FEP, ICCP, User Interface, and other softwares of OSI
- Provide training to customers on OSI products such as SCADA, FEP, Web platform, ICCP.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Electronics and Communication engineering.
- 2 to 3 yrs experience with SCADA systems for utilities. If you are a fresher with relevant knowledge, can also apply.
- Understanding of need for SCADA systems. Experience with data base creation, integration of RTUs using IEC104 / IEC101 / DNP3 protocols, will be preferred.
- Flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites (expect 20-30% travel)
