JOB DETAILS
Job Purpose
· Deliver & execute the assigned project on time with good quality, cost effectiveness and high level of customer satisfaction.
· Ensure technical deliverables matches project requirements. Support in saving engineering cost through use of productivity tools, standardization, re-use of technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Do
· Deliver/ assigned project work and ensure to meet 100% quality (Scope, Schedule and Budget defined for a project) and high level of customer satisfaction.
· Follows the procedure of RA engineering standards and in LCS Quality Management System (QMS) while building project work.
·Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team’s capabilities.
· Support Team Leader / Lead Engineer on technical issues and work with them to achieve customer acceptance.

· Pursues learning; develop skills in job-related technical or professional expertise, including increasing breadth and depth of expertise and keeping up to date with advances.
· Shows good level of temperament and can sustain high demand situations.
Job Related Competencies
· High level of technical knowledge, hands-on experience on RA hardware and software products like Control Logix, Logix/Studio 5000 and FT View SE & ME.
· Intermediate level of expertise on Motion Control/Servo System. Additionally, candidates having knowledge of FT Historian, FT Asset Management and Reporting tools like FT Vantage Point and SQL application will get. Candidates with expertise on similar products from other makes and who are learners may also apply.
Knowledge of Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives, Conventional/Intelligent Motor Control, Safety Products, MES / Information Systems, Networking, Motion Control, Low Voltage Product and Drive System.
· Good team player, efficient and proactive communications during project execution.
· Have gone through complete project life cycle from design phase to commissioning. Have good understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, AC improve, DC promote and Servo drives.
· Candidate with multiple industry domain (Tyre, Automotive, E-Commerce, PEMS, Chemical, and Utility) Knowledge will be.
· Is cost conscious and keeps an update of the cost incurred versus planned. Take conscious decision during project execution to support the PM control project costs.
· Candidates with Tyre, Automotive, E-Commerce, PEMS, Chemical & Utility experience will be preferred but that is not a barring factor for quick learners and candidates.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Travel – 50 to 70%
· Actual travel will vary based on business and work requirement.
