Job Description

  • Technical offer with compliance matrix in consultation with design team Commercial offer with compliance matrix in consultation with sales manager
  • Bill of material review received from design and meeting tender requirement
  • Local content / offset planning
  • Quality plan (offer stage for supplier quotations) in consultation with QA department
  • Vendor / supplier quotations
  • Prepare cost estimate
  • P&ID, GAD in consultation with design team
  • Preparing all supporting documentation required for tender submission such as EMD-BG, IP’s etc.
  • Vendor registration with customers in consultation with QA department
  • Basic HVAC/R and fire design knowledge preferred
  • Word, excel, power point
  • Good communication skill (written and verbal)
