Project Engineer

Responsibility –

• Assists Project Managers in planning and execution of assigned projects or manages smaller and less sophisticated projects directly.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Cooperating and presenting with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to build more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Study project design, customer requests, standards of performance and cost estimates to determine project specifications.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered timely, within scope and within budget.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing monthly invoicing and revenue plan. 

• Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates assigned engineering work, manpower and material

• Acts as the primary on-site leader for execution teams on assigned projects

• Responsible for the overall profitable execution of own projects

• Co-ordinates the management of subcontractors

• Pro-actively manages risks to project and margin achievable and escalates as the need arises

• Investigates opportunities for improvements in the project scope that will result in value added change orders (variations)

Qualification & Experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Controls systems and any related
• Good interpersonal skill and good connection with people for both internal and external
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Good digital literacy (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD)
• Flexible working hours approach and able to work under pressure.
