Could you be the full-time Documentation Management Specialist in our dynamic Project/Program team we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your structured and meticulous expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the definition and implementation of Documentation Management within the Project/Program organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project/Program core team, Process Correspondents), control documentation homogeneity and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of executing the Documentation Life Cycle, supporting the Project/Program Documentation Manager, and ensuring the timely delivery of documentation to customers and stakeholders.
We’ll look to you for:
Applying the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plan (DMP)
Ensuring formal homogeneity of documentation: template, reference, version
Controlling contractual documentation according to customer requirements
Managing electronic files identification and customer identification
Recording all technical and management documentation in the EDMS
Providing documentation reporting and indicators
Suggesting improvements to the documentation process and organization

Bachelor’s degree
Experience or understanding of Document Control, Document Management, Data Control, EDMS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with structured work processes and a process-oriented mindset
A certification in project management or related field is advantageous.
At least 5 to 8 years’ experience as a Project Document Controller
Proficiency in the English language
