Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Technical and Project Delivery Lead for our Enterprise Workplace Technology Tools team, with experience in leading projects and driving delivery as well as administration of Workplace Technology Tools including but not limited to Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) Artifactory, OpsGenie, Smartsheet, etc. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in tool evaluations, contract management, streamlining, automation, documentation of support processes for each of our tools, driving the Tools team roadmap, contributing to the overall efficiency for our team and our users.

Resposibilities


  • Tools Team Roadmap and Project Delivery:
  • Lead and manage projects related to workplace technology tools, including tool evaluations, implementations, and upgrades
  • Research and evaluate new workplace technology tools and make recommendations to management
  • Create and maintain the team roadmap based on various categories such as stakeholder needs, tool evaluations, tech health, process improvements, automations, etc.
  • Track progress of projects and provide status updates to management
  • Lead program team meetings addressing day-to-day project work and/or stakeholder related items
Communication:
Written and verbal communication with team and stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tools into existing workflows and processes.Create, maintain and review documentation for tools site, configurations, processes, and best practicesDevelop and deliver training materials for stakeholders and end usersTools Administration:
Provide and ensure timely technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve issuesPropose and implement improvements to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the toolsEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance within the toolsStay up-to-date on the latest trends in workplace technology toolsImplement and enforce security measures within ADLM toolsEnsure license compliance

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience leading and managing projects (certification preferred)
  • Experience in workplace technology tools
  • Experience with scripting/programming languages - Java, Groovy, Javascript
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with spreadsheets and data analysis, producing reports
  • Experience in administering Atlassian Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, OpsGenie as well as Artifactory, SMartsheet, Miro and other workplace enterprise tools (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
