Description and Requirements

The ITC Project Coordinator role supports configuration services with detailed work instructions, resource requirements, and scoped timelines for client projects. They provide project support to resources across multiple teams (Sales, services sales executives, solution architects, ISSR) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope, and budget. They may also coordinate with multiple project managers (Pre-sales and Delivery). They can be dedicated to a joint project or a small number of significant/highly complex customer projects/deliverables simultaneously.


Supports project activities, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization and ensuring: 


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.
  • Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • - Changes that affect scope, schedule, and resources are identified, managed, communicated, and controlled. 
  • - Scope is followed, approved, managed, and controlled, ensuring completed deliverables are agreed upon and signed off by the client. 
  • - The schedule is developed and managed by the team leads, who ensure on-time delivery.
  • - Resources are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently. 
  • - Risks and issues are proactively identified, communicated, and managed/mitigated.
  • - Owns the execution of regular cadence meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and that expectations are aligned, accurately set, and managed across the team and with the client.
  • - Subject Matter Expert on project management standards and overall value-add to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • - High-level engagement supporting Services Sales, requirements gathering, scoping, alignment, and knowledge transfer.
  • - Plan, schedule, communicate, and manage project timelines.
  • - Monitor and report progress to the management team, key stakeholders, and delivery.
  • - Deliver detailed project handover to ITC engineers to execute the project scope.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
