We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee and manage civil engineering projects, including high-rise buildings and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, compliance with regulations, and effective coordination among stakeholders while adhering to project schedules and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to both.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges to prevent delays.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among contractors, engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and resources in a cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Support the project management team in administrative and operational tasks as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 - 7 years in construction management or site engineering, particularly in high-rise buildings and commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in construction/project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) or Construction Safety is a plus.
  • Experience in procurement and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with contract administration and cost estimation.
