ROLE PURPOSE


S/he wouldbe responsible for direct on ground implementation & monitoring of the project deliverables in the project geography and ensurethat the envisioned outcome of the project is accomplished withquality programming and


contributing to the successof organizational strategy & breakthroughs.



SCOPE OF ROLE


Scope:


  • Based on the objectives set forth under the Project ensure effective planning and implementation of the deliverables of the project in lines to the largervision, mission, commitments and strategy of the organization
  • Develop andtrack the projectkey documents such as LFA, milestones, detailed implementation plan,MEAL plan, MIS, risk management plan, procurement plan, stakeholder engagement plan, project budget etc. & undertake periodic reviews of the sameas well as continuously striveto achieve theproject outcomes and milestones as set forth in the project
  • Coordinate with field stafffor undertaking fieldactivities effectively andmonitor as well as overseeday to day operations.
  • Closely monitor the day- to - dayprogress of the activities as per desiredobjectives set forthin the project.
  • Liaison with community stakeholders, local, district level Govt. Officials in the project intervention area.
  • Furnish relevant information (both programmatic and financial) as and when asked by the BRB point of contact for the project
  • Identify important and key stakeholders of the project and develop a stakeholder engagement plan as wellas track the plan to achieve the objectives set forth under the project
  • Responsible to support in training and build capacities of project staffs on issues related to Health & Nutrition and Education, Child Protection
  • Plan and undertake regular project monitoring through field visits, review meetings as per MEALplan and provide guidance/feedback to the project team; Analyze and evaluate data and/or take progressive action in discussion with line manager, when necessary to meet programme/project objectives
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and effective reporting (viz. annual/half-yearly, quarterly/monthly reports, information

requests, activity statusupdates, queries, fieldvisits, donor engagement calendar etc…)

Child Safeguarding


We need to keepchildren safe so our selection process, which includes rigorous background checks, reflects our commitment to the protection of children from abuse.


Level 3: Therole holder will have contact withchildren and/or youngpeople either frequently (e.g., once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one monthor more or overnight) because they work in programs; or are visiting programs; therefore a police check will be required.

The postholder is required to carry out the dutiesin accordance withthe BRB’s anti-harassment policy.
