Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for all phases of the construction project, from initial planning to final handover.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate definitions of scope, deliverables, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and project timelines.
  • Assist in the development of the project budget, ensuring that all costs are captured accurately and reflect the scope of work.
  • Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget and cost estimates.
  • Prepare and maintain regular cost forecasting reports, analyzing cost variances and identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Support project managers in managing procurement, contractor payments, and financial approvals to ensure smooth cash flow management.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP, PMI-SP, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in project controls in a site-based role within the oil and gas industry (construction, installation, or similar projects).
  • Proficiency in project control software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and risk management techniques.
