Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. You will play a crucial role in ensuring project success and timely delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure effective communication within the team.
- Implement best practices for project control services.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain project control documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Knowledge of project control tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
