Could you be the full-time Project Contract Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive legal, engineering, or business expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and strategic teammates.
You'll provide critical guidance and leadership, developing and implementing proactive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Management, Legal & Compliance, and Sourcing), ensuring proper record-keeping and file preparation for robust claim files, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing contracts to build and drive the implementation of Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plans, but also monitor and manage insurance policies in collaboration with the Regional Insurance Manager.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring application of Contract, Claims and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) and Alstom governance
Preparing and updating the Contract Summary and Contract Management Strategy Plan (CMSP)
Organizing the Contract Management Day with the Core Project Team
Timely issuance of contractual notices and managing correspondence
Monitoring contractual obligations and supporting project schedule milestones
Training key project stakeholders in contract/claim management

A degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics or Business Sciences
Experience or understanding of contract/claim management within project environments
Knowledge of contractual documents interpretation, including terms, planning, and technical specifications

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present effectively to groups
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
