Could you be the full-time N&T Sub-System Radio Design Leader in [Bangalore] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll be responsible for delivering N&T Sub-System Radio specifications and architecture that align with our System Delivery Plan, ensuring seamless deployment activities including installation, testing, and commissioning. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (installation managers, cybersecurity teams, power experts), manage trade-offs between work packages, and drive QCD performance in the frame of N&T sub-systems in accordance with contractual requirements.
You’ll specifically take care of elaborating design specifications, maintaining close follow-up on technical gaps implementation, and supervising system deliveries. Moreover, you'll support functional validation phases and manage sub-system configuration iterations throughout the project lifecycle.
We’ll look to you for:
Achieving QCD commitments and managing trade-offs within the N&T sub-system design
Developing N&T sub-system Design specifications and BoQ
Ensuring technical consistency with external interfaces
Participating in and overseeing system deliveries
Supporting installation and commissioning teams with technical expertise
Adhering to quality processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Providing case studies and technical explanations for customer queries on Radio/N&T related subjects

Degree in Engineering (BE/Master’s) with 15+ yrs of relevant experience
A strong design/engineering background
Knowledge of radio deployments in industrial environments
Experience with technical coordination in telco/IT projects
Understanding of LTE protocols and WiFi technologies (802.11a/b/n/ac)
Familiarity with IT/supervision, signalling and system architecture
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
