What you will do:- Assist in the development of the project charter using reporting tools and data
- Assist in the development of the project scope using reporting tools and data. Alert manager of scope excursions.
- Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline. Assist in the development of a detailed project Gantt chart.
- Participate in the development of Quality Project Planning and Execution
- Assist in the creation of risk register and risk management plans for programs.
- Assist in the development of a Procurement Management Plan. Assist with rescheduling, and resource allocation in the program plan
- Establish and maintain partnerships with PMO stakeholders. Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting of detailed project and PMO data
- Supports data analysis for short- and long-term planning under guidance,Consistently drives results
- Supports projects. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for resource planning. Builds productive internal working relationships:
- Gains stakeholder trust, and maintains open communication channels with stakeholders, including development teams and sponsors
- Effective communicator and presenter: understands how to engage diverse audiences, adjust as appropriate and checks for understanding along the way
What You Need:Minimum Qualifications (Required):
• BS or equivalent and 4-6 years of work experience in project management
