Job Description
- Engage key regional network development team stakeholders around support implementing the design standards and governance framework at regional level
- Maintain consistent approach of the team despite regional nuances
- Engage and consolidate best practice construction approaches across the region
- Assist in the development and deliver training to regional teams on the governance framework and design standards and maintain an up-to-date training register for all personnel within region
- Day to day support to regional teams for the implementation of the governance process and delivery of brand compliant projects
- Challenge and make recommendations for improvement in the governance process and design standards
- Periodically travel to the primary markets in the region as per requirement for site visits and review of progress.
- Review non-compliances to design standards, make recommendations and seek client approval as necessary
- Review weekly regional reports and monitoring the status of projects, and identifying key issues and risks
- Analyze trends within the program to provide forecasts and early warning to the client
- Manage a team of approximately 15 to 20
Qualifications
- Over seven years relevant experience in project management consultancy (or related fields) specifically in managing a programme or portfolio of capital works on a regional or global scale
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
- Experience providing programme/portfolio consultancy services to large multinational companies
- People management skills in the context of managing various stakeholders
- Experience in retail sector preferred
- Experience with reporting to the client directly and being accountable for the overall success of the project deliverables
