Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Project Management team to partner with the Business


As a Program/Project Manager in the Scorecard Center of Excellence, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to developing and implementing scorecards and strategies that enhance team member performance and reduce variability across the organization. You will be responsible for independently managing complex projects and programs that align with our strategic objectives. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a high-performance culture with a focus on customer-centricity.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Independently manage and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and implement program and project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent and efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects and programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is highly desirable.
