We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager.
In this role, you will be:
- Program Planning & Execution:
- Work with Senior Program Manager and Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Manage program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
- Ensure seamless execution of projects within the program portfolio.
- Work with Senior Program Manager and on common reporting model.
- Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Work with Senior Program Manager and Collaborate with leadership and IT teams to ensure alignment.
- Work with Senior Program Manager and act as the primary point of contact for program-related updates and escalations.
- Track team efficiency via tooling.
- Publish Skill gaps, utilization and optimization summary at regular intervals.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial & Resource Management:
- Manage budgets, cost forecasting, and resource allocation for program success.
- Optimize program execution while balancing cost, time, and quality.
- Produce Financial on regular basis
- Produce Actuals VS Forecasted budget stats to Senior stakeholders
- Identify gaps in Supply and Demand and help manage capacity.
- Plan ahead for hiring and Releases based on budget position.
