The Addresses team is a critical part of Amazon's Last Mile Analytics and Quality organization, serving as the first touchpoint for new customers joining the platform. This team is responsible for managing customer address data and powering the address-related functionality across various Amazon products and services.
Key responsibilities of the Addresses team include:
1. Address validation - Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer address information
2. Address lookup - Providing seamless address search and retrieval capabilities
3. Address corrections - Implementing processes to identify and fix issues with customer addresses
The team works closely with Amazon's Science and Tech teams to continuously improve these address management capabilities. This includes bench-marking against competitor offerings to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.

As a program manager on the team, you will play a pivotal role in the tactical execution and delivery of these key address-related initiatives worldwide.
As an ideal candidate for this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Design a strategy road map for Addresses space with a special focus on how to perform competitor bench-marking for our Address products.
· Continual, tactical communication with Stakeholders (Tech/Product/Stations/Ops team).
· Ability to pull data and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
· Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
· Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in Amazon’s Last Mile operations.
· Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
· Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met.
· Excellent communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to convey updates on issues, operational status and business drivers during shift changes as needed throughout the activity cycle and during daily/weekly reviews.
Key job responsibilities
· Program manage the solution for last mile related problems from identification, scoping and sizing to creating long term solutions in partnership with tech, product, business and operations
· Define success criteria for programs and audits processes and create/ drive right metrics to track and influence program health
· Collaborate with multiple teams as a subject matter expert in last mile delivery domain and develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor, data integrity and solves problem for the long term
· Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations
· Analyze and solve business problems at their root
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
