Job Description

Amazon’s TSE Operations ensures to provide a worry free shopping experience to all our customers WW. The RISC program ensures customers can purchase only legal, safe products. We are looking for a Program Manager for RISC Operations integrations team within TSE Operations, to drive integration in the tech charter across multiple programs within RISC domain.
You will be responsible for assessing pain point of operations teams, evaluate need of new features or improving existing ones, collaborate with respective product team to incorporate requirements in tech charter. You will ensure tool and platform parity across different programs having same process. You will provide necessary insights into product development and drive adoption of new tools by effectively collaborating with Operations teams.
Key job responsibilities
1. Assess operational pain points and identify opportunity to develop new tools, features or expand existing solutions
2. Develop repository of process pain points which require tech solutions
3. Collaborate with product managers to incorporate operational requirements into product charter. Provide necessary insights to develop such products and support in drafting BRDs
4. Develop new product, tool or feature deployment plan in collaboration with Product and Tech leaders
5. Support Product Managers in planning and conducting ‘User Acceptance Testing’. Ensure all operational pain points are identified and addressed before deployment
6. Be custodian of operational pain points which need to be solved through tech solutions. Primary POC for all such issues to support tech development
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
