Key job responsibilities
As the Program Manager, Partner Support & Services, Alexa Everywhere, you will drive key business collaborations critical to the success of next generation of Alexa services.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across QA, operations, product, and engineering teams to drive the successful launch of new Alexa features and services globally
- Develop and implement processes and metrics to support the certification and monitoring of Alexa experiences, ensuring consistent quality and compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to drive greater efficiency and scalability
- Lead programs and initiatives to enable seamless global launches of Alexa, addressing localization, and operational requirements.
- Work with large operations teams across multiple geographies to deliver on programs.
- Proactively communicate program status, challenges, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
A day in the life
As the Program Manager for Partner Support & Services, Alexa Everywhere, you will lead collaborations with QA, operations, engineering, and product teams within Alexa. These collaborations will enable us to launch new Alexa features and services to customer globally. You will focus on unblocking your partner teams, and enable businesses drive impact at scale, and deliver delightful partner and customer experience. You will drive end-to-end ownership of complex cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery that will enable success of Alexa.

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and highlight risks appropriately.
