Job Description

GSF Central Channel Team is responsible for building DSP capacity for GSL LM, balance channel share among DSP and Amflex Channel. They work with other PMs, Operations, Supply Chain and Business teams to devise channel strategy and development. Basis the channel share plan, this team owns the block release plan for the week and also is responsible for any addition of the capacity during the week. This team owns new partner selection and on-boarding for GSF business line, the monthly partner payouts, annual price revision and compliance of the DSPs associated with Amazon GSF business.
The manager will do the following
1. The manager will work with Operations team to do last mile capacity management and track the cost of delivery
2. The manager will work towards optimizing the channel mix between DSP and Am Flex
3. The manager will design mechanisms to do performance of Delivery Partners to improve the delivery experience of customers
4. The manager will simplify the current processes of channel management to drive efficiency
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
